Policy and Procedures - Maxtech Consumer Products Ltd.
The following are guidelines and steps to be taken to submit your product to Maxtech Consumer Products Ltd.
1. File your product for patent or take necessary steps to file for patents
2. Send drawings, specifications and/or prototypes. Also, please send any additional information which may be helpful to Maxtech’s decision process such as descriptions, market and sales potential.
Please sign and date the information sent to Maxtech.
3. During the evaluation process, you are not to disclose any interest Maxtech may have in your idea without first getting authorization (in writing) from Maxtech
4. When in the review process, no agreement will be established to compensate you.
Each agreement is different and a contractual agreement will be made on a case by case basis, if the review process is to reach that point
5. If Maxtech has an interest in your idea you will agree to negotiate with Maxtech for the selling/manufacturing/distribution rights to your product
